Arafura Rare Earths has extended a binding offtake agreement covering up to 500 tonnes a year of NdPr oxide from its Nolans Project. The deal adds multi-year sales coverage, but leaves the counterparty, pricing formula and financial value undisclosed.

Argo Investments delivered an 8.7% portfolio return and record fully franked dividends in FY2026, while flagging a shift to quarterly distributions from January. The listed investment company intends to pay 40 cents per share across its first four quarterly dividends, subject to Board declarations.

Empire Resources has identified rare earth oxide and phosphate mineralisation across three Yuinmery prospects, with new archived-drilling results reaching 1,712.5ppm TREO+Y. The early-stage opportunity now depends on additional assays, follow-up drilling and proof that the material can be upgraded economically.
