ASX has immediately suspended trading in CommBank’s PERLS XIII capital notes, CBAPJ, pending their redemption. The notes are expected to be removed from quotation once CBA announces the redemption and lodges the required cessation notice.

Metrics Income Opportunities Trust has released its audited FY2026 accounts, correcting the classification of valuation reductions while reporting an $18.2 million loss and a lower NTA. KPMG issued an unqualified opinion, but ASX has yet to determine when MOT units will resume trading and underlying funds remain closed to applications and redemptions.

Metrics Real Estate Multi-Strategy Fund has released audited FY26 accounts with an unqualified KPMG opinion, reporting $28.2 million in profit after tax and 10.48 cents per unit in distributions. The accounts also expose a $10 million interest-free related-party loan and a temporary halt to applications and redemptions in underlying funds.

Morningstar International Shares Active ETF reported a $53.035 million profit for the year ended 30 June 2026, supported by a large trust distribution despite a loss on fair value movements. Distributions rose to 196.258 cents per unit as net assets expanded to $326.395 million.

Klevo Group has cut its FY2026 loss by more than three-quarters, turned operating cash flow positive and lifted cash to A$4.32 million. The ASX-listed fintech is now reporting USD 59.2 million of unaudited revenue from its post-year-end stablecoin rollout, although the figure remains difficult to reconcile with the earlier trial disclosure.

Quay Global’s unhedged real estate fund swung from a $66.1 million operating profit to a $22.9 million loss in 2026, while its AUD hedged counterpart posted a $23.0 million profit. Both funds also recorded substantial redemptions after launching Active ETF classes.

Quay Global’s two real estate funds delivered sharply different FY2026 results, with the unhedged fund swinging to a $22.852 million operating loss while the AUD Hedged fund recorded a $22.991 million profit. The year also brought large ETF redemptions, new currency-hedging disclosures and a major reset of Bennelong’s board after year-end.

GBM Resources has paired encouraging gold results beyond the existing Twin Hills resource with a substantially stronger balance sheet after a A$40 million placement and convertible-note repayment. The exploration-stage company finished the year with A$31.7 million in cash, but its next resource upgrade still depends on assays and further drilling.

GCQ Flagship Fund recorded a $449.8 million loss before finance costs for the year ended 30 June 2026, as its main ETF class fell 22.8% after fees. Net assets still climbed to $1.607 billion, supported by substantial unit-holder applications, while the newly listed hedged ETF also finished below its launch price.

Ellerston Asia Growth Fund Complex ETF (ASX: EAFZ) returned 38.4% after fees for the year ended 30 June 2026, beating its Asian equities benchmark by 2.6 percentage points. Profit more than doubled to $12.49 million, although the result was driven chiefly by investment revaluations and came alongside continued net redemptions.
