Rent.com.au has posted record quarterly revenue of $1.53 million, while recurring revenue surged 187% year on year and operating cashflow stayed positive for a third consecutive quarter. The renter-focused platform is broadening into bill payments, savings and lending, although tighter credit criteria reduced new RentBond lending during the period.
