Jameson Resources has pushed back the results of its retail entitlement offer by two business days after receiving strong acceptances, including Top-Up Facility applications. The delay affects allocation and settlement timing, not the offer’s closing date, which was 18 September.

Silver Mines has secured firm commitments for a $70 million placement, giving the company more funding to advance its Bowdens Silver Project through development approvals and engineering studies. The raise also supports royalty acquisitions, exploration and land access, although nearly 43% of the new shares still require shareholder approval.

The raise strengthens funding, but part of the share issue still requires shareholder approval and the financing does not establish a final investment decision.
