Capstone Copper will sell its Cozamin copper-silver-zinc-lead mine in Mexico to Luca Mining for up to US$385 million, including US$275 million in upfront cash. The proposed divestment is designed to strengthen Capstone’s balance sheet and redirect capital towards its growth pipeline.
