Enova Mining has secured an exclusive 30-day option over a large Brazilian monazite project while lining up almost $2 million in funding. The opportunity remains conditional on due diligence, shareholder approval and Enova’s decision to exercise the option.

Miramar Resources has secured A$1.25 million to fund drilling and early development work at its 80%-owned Gidji JV Gold Project near Kalgoorlie. The raise will target resource growth at Marylebone and Highway while testing deeper bedrock prospects at Marylebone and Lake.

Avenira has agreed to supply Hebang with 500,000 wet metric tonnes of Wonarah phosphate rock annually for four years, covering more than 80% of expected DSO production. The commercial opportunity is substantial, but pricing, approvals and project arrangements remain unresolved.

Dataworks has secured firm commitments for a A$3.0 million placement and will seek up to a further A$1.24 million from shareholders to fund debt repayment, government contract mobilisation and commercial expansion. The raise gives the company more capital to pursue growth, but at a discount that will increase the share count and potentially add substantial option dilution.

Manhattan Gold has secured commitments for an A$4.5 million placement to fund more than 4,000 metres of drilling and related exploration at its Hook Lake project in Nunavut. The full raising remains partly conditional, with A$1.14 million requiring shareholder approval in November.

Cycliq has secured firm commitments for a $1.5 million placement priced at a steep discount, giving the cycling technology company cash for inventory, AI development and other priorities. The raise also comes with a substantial package of options and further dilution subject to shareholder approval.

Hancock Prospecting has agreed to invest A$8.77 million in White Cliff Minerals for a proposed 13.5% stake, giving the junior explorer fresh capital to accelerate drilling at its Rae Copper Project in Nunavut. The placement still requires shareholder approval.

Key Petroleum has received the funds and issued 3.38 million shares under its additional placement capacity, raising AU$247,052.88 before costs. The capital is earmarked for potential asset acquisitions, existing asset development and working capital.

InFocus Group Holdings has completed a $465,000 placement, including a $15,000 upsizing, to fund new products and services with a focus on gaming technology. The filing also leaves a discrepancy between the 93 million placement shares announced and the 90 million shares covered by its cleansing notice.

Cygnus Metals’ shareholder vote on Central Asia Metals’ proposed acquisition remains scheduled for 18 September, but Kazakhstan regulatory approval may arrive too late for the current court timetable. The transaction has cleared several major hurdles, while the directors continue to recommend it.
