Bubalus Resources has secured firm commitments for a $3.0 million placement to fund the proposed Skyline Copper-Gold Project acquisition, initial exploration and working capital. The transaction remains conditional, with a substantial portion of the placement and the acquisition still requiring shareholder approval.
Bubalus Resources will acquire the 494-square-kilometre Skyline copper-gold project in western Tasmania, close to the Mt Lyell mine, in a deal that could reshape its exploration portfolio. Completion depends on an approximately A$2.835 million capital raising, approvals and tenure conditions.
