Arafura Rare Earths has signed a binding five-year offtake agreement covering up to 850 tonnes a year of NdPr oxide at nameplate production. The deal expands on an earlier term sheet, but leaves pricing mechanics, counterparty identity and conditions precedent undisclosed.
