The deal broadens the explorer’s gold pipeline, but the assets remain at the target-generation stage rather than being defined resources.

Dynamic Metals will sell its Lady Jane Gold Project to First Au for up to A$650,000 while retaining a 1.5% gross revenue royalty. The buyer must spend at least A$250,000 on direct drilling within two years, or Dynamic can seek to take the project back.
