Metal Powder Works has secured its first Zircaloy-4 orders from Oak Ridge National Laboratory, the US Army Research Laboratory and an unnamed defence company. The immediate revenue is modest, but the evaluation work places MPW’s zirconium powders before strategically important US customers.

Pure Resources finished 2026 with $3.67 million in cash and no debt after raising $4.7 million, but its annual loss widened as it shifted from explorer to a Garnet Hills-led advanced materials platform.
