Promisia holds 96% occupancy as Chatswood joins portfolio and Golden View option advances
Promisia Healthcare has maintained group care occupancy at 96%, above its 95% target, while completing the Chatswood acquisition and preparing to potentially accelerate full ownership of Golden View Village. FY27 underlying EBITDAF guidance of at least $8.0 million remains unchanged for the existing portfolio, with updated guidance due in November.
