White Energy has completed its US metallurgical coal and Surat Basin acquisitions, backed by a $15 million placement and a leadership change that puts Nathan Tinkler in the executive chair. The transactions materially expand the company’s asset base, but the announcement provides no production forecasts or development timetable.

Vanadium Resources has secured an oversubscribed A$1.0 million placement to advance studies, site work, offtake discussions and project financing for its planned V-Iron Plant in South Africa. The raise gives VR8 fresh development capital, but the project still depends on a scoping study, binding commercial agreements and a much larger funding package.

Blackpearl Group more than doubled annual recurring revenue to NZ$26.8 million in FY26, but the growth came alongside an NZ$17.8 million loss and a formal material uncertainty over its ability to continue as a going concern. The company says cost reductions, faster cash conversion and its refinanced BNZ facility can support the next phase.

Antares Metals has secured $2.57 million to fund maiden drilling at its Quinns project and continued exploration across Queensland and Western Australia. The raise comes with substantial potential dilution, with more than half the shares and all attaching options still requiring shareholder approval.
