Viridis Mining and Minerals has secured approval for a R$77.5 million BNDES financing facility, reducing the estimated senior debt still required for its Colossus rare earth project to about US$280 million. The 16-year facility carries an indicative current cost of approximately 4.8% and supports the project’s Brazilian processing and research infrastructure.

Mount Ridley Mines has told ASX it holds no unreleased exploration results that explain its share price rise, while confirming three testwork programs remain in progress. The company also disclosed that an institutional investor had approached it about participating in its current capital raising.

Key Petroleum has secured commitments for 3.38 million new shares at 7.3 cents each, raising approximately $247,000 before costs. The funds will support potential asset acquisitions, existing asset development and working capital, though the company has not disclosed the resulting dilution.
