Sinclair Gold has cleared a key drilling milestone at its Mt Henry project, prompting a $5 million cash payment to Westgold and cancelling over 7.5 million performance rights. The company also moves closer to completing a royalty deal with Stria Lithium, while preparing for a resource update by year-end.

Sinclair Gold has locked in a binding earn-in agreement with Medaro Mining, unlocking up to $3.4 million in combined cash, shares, and exploration funding for its Sala silver-zinc-lead project in Sweden. Sinclair retains a net smelter return royalty and focuses on advancing its Mt Henry gold asset.
