Infinity Metals has reported a sharply smaller FY2026 loss as it shifts its exploration focus towards the United States and Australia. The pivot follows rejection of its San José mining licence application, a A$2.25 million placement and a growing portfolio of early-stage copper, molybdenum and tin targets.

Gibb River Diamonds reported a A$5.61 million profit after receiving a A$7 million pre-GST distribution from its Neta gold joint venture. The cash windfall leaves the explorer with A$6.74 million in the bank, but its next challenge is converting a one-off mining payment into a credible development pipeline.

Great Boulder Resources has used FY2026 to make the leap from gold explorer toward producer, acquiring Peak Hill and securing a 481,000-ounce resource alongside its 1.02 million-ounce Side Well project. The strategic shift came with a A$9.93 million loss, a heavily expanded share count and a clear near-term test: whether 40,000 metres of drilling can support development by late 2027.

Parabellum Resources has established a maiden 4.8 million tonne Mineral Resource Estimate at its Miandetta prospect in central NSW, containing 37,000 tonnes of nickel and 1,920 tonnes of cobalt. The shallow resource is a meaningful exploration milestone, but remains preliminary and relies on several conceptual assumptions.

FireFly Metals has turned a year of aggressive drilling into a substantially larger, higher-confidence Green Bay resource, backed by an August PEA and fresh funding. The next test is execution: feasibility, permits, construction decisions and the capital required to build a mine.

TechGen Metals has outlined a funded exploration campaign spanning gold, copper and silver targets, with about A$3 million in pro forma cash and several assays due through late 2026. The strongest potential catalyst is John Bull, where step-out drilling could support a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate if results are positive.

Critica has restated its 100%-owned Mt Lindsay project under JORC 2012, defining 19 million tonnes at 1.09% SnEQ and containing about 49,000 tonnes of tin and 28,000 tonnes of tungsten. The estimate gives the Tasmanian project a current resource base, but it remains a mix of Indicated and Inferred material rather than an Ore Reserve.

GrainCorp says its transformation program is on track to deliver $12 million in run-rate benefits by the end of FY26, above the top of its previous commitment. But the company has delayed a major systems rollout, expects $30-35 million of FY27 completion spend and deferred a second release.

Echelon Resources delivered a sharp FY26 earnings increase after selling its Cue Energy stake, repaying debt and simplifying its portfolio. The headline profit includes a substantial disposal gain, leaving Palm Valley drilling and Amadeus Basin production to demonstrate the next phase of value creation.

Rua Gold has reported its highest-grade Auld Creek drilling results to date, including 0.6 metres at 136.2 g/t gold equivalent and 2.9 metres at 38.8 g/t gold equivalent. The company has completed 19,600 metres of resource drilling and is targeting an updated resource, approvals application and pre-feasibility study before year-end.

Kingston Resources says infill drilling at Jack’s Hut has confirmed the location and continuity of polymetallic mineralisation targeted for potential underground mining at Mineral Hill. The results will feed into a resource update, while surface drilling in October will test extensions beyond the current resource.

Green & Gold Minerals (ASX:GG1) is raising $3.2 million through a 1-for-2 renounceable rights issue priced at 10 cents per share to fund aggressive drilling programs targeting copper-silver-tin at Herberton and gold resource expansion at Chillagoe's Mt Wandoo.
