Lord Resources has extended copper mineralisation across multiple lodes at Ilgarari, but its FY2026 annual report carries a material uncertainty over whether the explorer can continue as a going concern. The company ended the year with $554,820 in cash after a $2.54 million loss and $1.87 million of operating cash outflows.

Barys Resources reported a wider A$2.30 million loss for FY2026 as it secured two gold exploration licences in Kazakhstan but made no progress at its Niger uranium project. With A$2.06 million in cash at year-end, the company is now pursuing a partially underwritten A$2.6 million entitlement offer to fund its next phase of exploration.

Dataworks has completed a A$3.0 million placement, issuing 25 million shares at A$0.12 each as it moves to fund working capital, government program delivery and platform development. Shareholders now face the next stage of the raising, with a 1-for-10 entitlement offer opening on 28 September.

Kalgoorlie Gold Mining has opened a fully underwritten 1-for-10 entitlement offer priced at 2 cents a share, targeting about A$1.1 million for exploration and working capital. The offer completes a broader A$3.4 million capital raising, but also increases the company’s share count by up to 10%.

Jameson Resources has pushed back the results of its retail entitlement offer by two business days after receiving strong acceptances, including Top-Up Facility applications. The delay affects allocation and settlement timing, not the offer’s closing date, which was 18 September.
