Bounty Oil & Gas NL (ASX:BUY) is pursuing a 2,322 km² deepwater exploration block offshore Liberia, backed by a $3.55 million placement and major vendor-linked securities. The opportunity remains conditional: the block has no executed production sharing contract, no independent resource estimate and has not yet been reviewed directly by Bounty.

Finbar has moved its Romeo apartment project in Applecross into construction after securing 103 sales worth A$121.1 million. Recent activity has accelerated, with investors accounting for about half of the 18 lots sold since 1 August.

Rox Resources has crossed the line from explorer to mine developer, with Youanmi underground mining underway, the processing plant under construction and a target of first gold in mid-2027. The project is financed on paper, but the A$350 million debt package remains subject to conditions precedent and the construction schedule still has to survive execution.

Vicinity Centres used its 2026 Capability Showcase to make the case for a more concentrated, premium retail portfolio, led by Chadstone and Chatswood Chase. The presentation also set out development returns, balance-sheet capacity and a sizeable residential option beside Chatswood Chase, although much of the value remains dependent on stabilisation, approvals and market conditions.
