Critica Limited (ASX:CRI) has delivered stronger technical results across its Jupiter rare earths and Mt Lindsay tin-tungsten projects, but the developer remains dependent on further funding. Two scoping studies targeted for Q3 2026 now carry the burden of translating resource potential and laboratory results into project economics.

Bannerman Energy has moved its Etango uranium project materially closer to construction after completing a A$124 million placement and clearing conditions for its CNOL strategic investment. The project is advancing on site, but full-scale construction still depends on Final Investment Decision and completion of the joint venture documentation.

Resource Minerals International has expanded its exploration push across Tanzania and Saudi Arabia, but auditors flagged a material uncertainty over the company’s ability to continue without future capital raisings. The ASX-listed explorer ended FY2026 with $2.12 million in cash after raising funds through placements and convertible securities.

Centuria Industrial REIT delivered 4% growth in funds from operations for FY26 and expects another lift in FY27, supported by leasing momentum and embedded rental reversion. The opportunity comes with a more exposed interest-rate profile and a development pipeline that still depends on power, planning and execution.

Strategic Energy Resources (ASX:SER) narrowed its FY26 loss and lifted cash to $1.84 million while advancing four Queensland copper-gold projects with Fortescue and Sumitomo. But auditors flagged a material uncertainty over the explorer’s ability to continue as a going concern, leaving future funding central to the investment case.

Delorean Corporation and Opal have completed the concept stage for a proposed anaerobic digestion facility at Opal’s Maryvale Mill in Victoria. The project could replace natural gas used by the mill’s rotary lime kiln, but still requires further engineering, commercial work and a final investment decision.

Astron Limited (ASX:ATR) says its Donald rare earths and mineral sands project is construction-ready, with a $759 million Phase 1 pre-tax NPV and first production targeted for 2028. The unresolved question is whether debt financing can convert the project’s strong study economics into a final investment decision.

Finbar Group (ASX:FRI) delivered its strongest annual profit since FY2015, with net profit rising 40.9% to $20.3 million despite lower revenue. Record pre-sales, reduced debt and a $1.95 billion development pipeline give the Perth apartment developer a substantial FY27 workload.

Marmota has expanded drilling across its Greenewood and Mainwood gold targets after intersecting geology resembling earlier favourable zones. With 313 holes now completed, the first assays are expected next week, although the announcement contains no new grades or quantified mineralisation.

Southern Hemisphere Mining has reported its strongest Llahuin drilling results yet, but the copper explorer ended FY26 with just $110,027 in cash and a material going-concern uncertainty. The company is relying on further funding, related-party borrowings, asset sales and a possible Chilean VAT refund to keep exploration moving.

Tanami Gold has entered FY27 with funding in place for a 3,500-metre underground decline at Groundrush, after raising $70.5 million and reporting a 2.8 million ounce Central Tanami resource. The project remains in the study and resource-definition phase, with no Ore Reserve or production decision yet disclosed.
