Tesoro Gold has established a maiden 1.28 million-ounce JORC Ore Reserve at Ternera in Chile, entirely within a single open pit. The reserve gives the El Zorro project a 13-plus-year production base, but the next test is funding and permitting a development still at PFS stage.

FireFly Metals has turned a year of aggressive drilling into a substantially larger, higher-confidence Green Bay resource, backed by an August PEA and fresh funding. The next test is execution: feasibility, permits, construction decisions and the capital required to build a mine.

Alchemy Resources finished FY2026 with a sharply wider loss, lower cash and a smaller asset base, even as drilling delivered strong copper-gold results at Yellow Mountain and high-grade iron results at Valley Bore. The explorer has reshaped its portfolio, but its next phase still depends on exploration success and further funding.

The results add momentum to a three-rig campaign, but the resource itself remains unchanged.

Encounter Resources has reported its highest-grade niobium intersection yet at the Green Deposit, with drilling extending beyond the existing resource boundary. The result strengthens the case for further resource growth, but follow-up drilling is needed to establish continuity and true widths.

Meeka Metals has lifted its group Mineral Resource to approximately 1.5 million ounces after adding a maiden 270koz estimate for Mt Holland in Western Australia. The expansion comes with a sharper distinction between exploration potential and mine-ready inventory, as Ore Reserves fell to 355koz after depletion and portfolio changes.

Terrain Minerals has recorded gold recoveries of up to 93.7% from first-pass metallurgical testing at its Lightning Gold Project, using a conventional gravity and carbon-in-leach flowsheet. The results reduce a key technical uncertainty, although the work remains preliminary and is based on only three RC chip composites.

Lunnon Metals has reported strong gold intersections from 36 holes at its Foster-Baker project, including a standout 1 metre at 80.80 g/t gold at Hustler and broader mineralisation at Koombana. The results will feed updated resource models before a scoping study considers whether the two deposits could support future mining alongside a Lady Herial cut-back.

Everest Metals has started a 6,000-metre drilling campaign at Revere while commissioning a Scoping Study targeted for March quarter 2027. A separate $150,000 cash and share transaction would lift EMC’s stated joint venture interest to 56% and halve a royalty burden over selected tenements.

McLaren Minerals has reported broad, near-surface heavy mineralisation from 61 holes at its Western Australian titanium project, led by 24 metres at 7.54% HM. The results strengthen the dataset for a resource update, but do not yet establish an Ore Reserve or project economics.
