Indiana Resources has finished FY2026 with A$30.1 million in cash and term deposits, promising exploration results in South Australia and an unresolved dispute over 18% of its Tanzania settlement proceeds. The company is also preparing for Managing Director and CEO Matthew Bowles to leave in November.

RareX has moved Cummins Range through key permitting and heritage milestones, while stronger metallurgical results broaden the project’s critical-minerals potential. But the explorer’s annual loss widened to A$5.07 million, cash burn remained high and its going-concern assessment still depends on future funding and project development.

Boab Metals has moved Sorby Hills from investment decision to construction, but its A$236 million debt facility is not yet available for project drawdowns. The company ended FY26 with A$60.9 million in cash after raising almost A$117 million, while reporting a wider A$7.2 million loss.

QMines has moved its Mt Chalmers copper-gold project into a Definitive Feasibility Study after securing a $15 million strategic package from QIC. The development push comes alongside a larger annual loss, $9.21 million in operating cash outflow and continued reliance on future funding.

St Barbara has secured an ASX waiver that clears the regulatory path for a major redesign of 69.5 million unvested employee rights. Shareholders must still approve the changes, including a 15-year exercise window and dividend equivalent payments.

Ragnar Metals has identified at least five interpreted mineralised shoots at its Harnäs gold project in Sweden, but the exploration-led company ended FY2026 with only $233,220 in cash. The annual report also restates FY2025 after previously omitted Kaiser Reef options were recognised at $779,288.
