City Chic Collective lifted FY26 underlying EBITDA 92% to $12.3 million despite a 3.1% revenue decline, helped by stronger ANZ trading, higher margins and a leaner cost base. The retailer remains loss-making after tax, but enters FY27 with $5.2 million in net cash and early signs of renewed store momentum.

Alkane Resources has opened FY27 with 40,740 gold equivalent ounces of production and $440 million in cash and bullion. The miner has maintained its full-year guidance while funding mine extensions, growth projects and its maiden dividend.

DPM Metals produced 97,000 gold equivalent ounces in the third quarter and now expects to reach the high end of its 2026 production guidance. Vareš is running ahead of expectations, but its growth plans remain exposed to an unresolved legal review in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Fortescue shipped 46.8 million tonnes of iron ore in the September quarter, down 6% from a year earlier, while sales lagged production amid negotiations with China Mineral Resources Group. Axel REE is moving its Caladão rare earths project into the next technical test: exploratory in-situ recovery work at the Woolrich deposit. The company says bench-scale testing has recovered up to 560ppm soluble TREO, but field performance, groundwater behaviour and project economics remain unproven.

Kantra Copper says laboratory testing achieved copper recoveries above 90% and gold recoveries above 50% from Coburn mineralisation using the existing Kanmantoo processing flowsheet. The result reduces a key metallurgical risk in the Pre-Feasibility Study, although rail logistics and deposit variability remain unresolved.

Anson Resources has raised Green River’s modelled post-tax NPV8 to approximately US$1.046 billion after incorporating two conditional Utah incentives. The uplift leaves the project’s US$569 million capital estimate and lithium-price assumption unchanged, but the benefits remain tied to construction, performance and financing milestones.

Renascor has produced battery-grade purified spherical graphite at demonstration scale, achieving 99.97% carbon purity through its hydrofluoric acid-free process. The result strengthens the commercialisation case, but Siviour graphite trials, customer qualification and project financing are still ahead.

Burley Minerals has confirmed shallow Channel Iron Deposit mineralisation across the North and Step-Out Targets at its Cane Bore project, with assays averaging 50.6% Fe across reported intersections. The mineralisation remains open northeast and southwest, but further drilling, metallurgy and approvals are still required before any resource can be defined.

EQ Resources has reported its second-highest quarterly production performance and record quarterly revenue, with cash on hand rising 192% to A$82.3 million. Both Barruecopardo and Mt Carbine increased output, although the update does not disclose operating costs or cash flow.

Toubani Resources says construction of its Kobada Gold Project in Mali remains on schedule for first gold in Q3 2027, with CIL tank erection now underway and more than 70% of project costs committed. About US$50 million of the company’s US$160 million stream facility has been drawn as construction moves into a more intensive phase.

An independent transport study has found Alurion Resources’ Amargosa bauxite project can use established road routes for assessed haulage volumes up to 11.5 wet million tonnes a year, twice its Scoping Study base case. The result gives the project’s pre-feasibility study a firmer logistics foundation, although it does not establish a larger production target or guarantee port access.
