Reliance Worldwide Corporation has signed a binding scheme implementation deed for Brookfield to acquire all shares for US$3.38 each, equivalent to about A$4.75 at the stated exchange rate. The recommended deal now enters a limited window for rival proposals before shareholder, court and regulatory approvals are sought.

Meeka Metals has lifted its group Mineral Resource to approximately 1.5 million ounces after adding a maiden 270koz estimate for Mt Holland in Western Australia. The expansion comes with a sharper distinction between exploration potential and mine-ready inventory, as Ore Reserves fell to 355koz after depletion and portfolio changes.

Unity Metals has identified multiple new gold-anomalous zones across 1,063 metres of trenching at its Ngot and O’Phlay projects in Cambodia. The work also showed that drilling at Ngot NE was poorly oriented to intersect the interpreted mineralisation, setting up a revised drilling campaign.
