Prominence Energy has secured an independent resource framework for its Eyre Project, with RISC Advisory estimating 202.8 Bscf of 2U unrisked hydrogen and 9.2 Bscf of helium across 15 leads. The milestone moves the South Australian project towards target selection, potential farm-out discussions and a planned mid-2027 drilling campaign, but the volumes remain undiscovered and highly exploratory.

GenusPlus has secured an approximately $160 million contract to deliver balance-of-plant works for a 400 MW / 1.86 GWh battery project at Wodonga, Victoria. Construction is scheduled for completion in late 2028, although the announcement also refers to delivery over the next 18 months.
