Bayan Mining and Minerals has begun a third phase of surface sampling at its Bayan Springs South gold project in Nevada, extending an open southern anomaly and testing a previously unsampled northern fault intersection. The work is intended to sharpen drill targets, while assays from the company’s completed Desert Star RC program are expected in October 2026.

Right Resources has begun a fully funded 2,000-metre aircore program at its Blue Prospect near Tumbarumba, testing six tungsten and five gold anomalies for the first time below surface. Assay results are expected progressively during the December Quarter, but the campaign is exploratory and is not designed to define a Mineral Resource.

Daly Resources says a 10.7-kilometre soil traverse has revealed fluorine anomalies beyond known Huckitta fluorite outcrops, including beneath transported cover. A new western vein and high-grade rock-chip results have widened the exploration target, but drilling is still required to test continuity and scale.

Sky Metals has used FY2026 to move Tallebung from exploration toward development, combining more than 500 drill holes with strong ore-sorting results and progress into NSW’s environmental approval process. The advance came alongside a A$5.37 million loss and continuing reliance on equity funding.

Eastern Resources has placed its Queensland Marengo Gold Project at the centre of its exploration strategy after 54 of 60 rock-chip samples returned more than 0.1 ppm gold, including a peak of 12.3 ppm. The company remains an early-stage explorer, with no JORC Mineral Resource yet defined and A$3.27 million in cash at year-end.

Taruga Minerals has identified a new northeast-trending gold-copper zone at Uaroo Ridge in Western Australia, led by a rock chip grading 1.4g/t gold and 4.3% copper. The result expands the prospect’s exploration footprint, but remains an early-stage surface sampling result with no drilling or resource estimate.

Reward Minerals has secured approval for the first-ever drilling at its Jackpot gold-copper prospect in Newfoundland, with a seven-hole campaign expected to begin within days. New soil results have also extended the exploration story across a 1.2-kilometre corridor, including a 378ppb gold anomaly at High Stakes.

FMR Resources has shifted decisively towards Chile, expanding its copper-gold portfolio while early Llahuin drilling suggests the interpreted porphyry core remains untested. The exploration push came with a $6.44 million loss, $4.65 million in cash and a renewed dependence on future capital.

Tivan has secured a 50 km² exploration concession immediately north of its Turiscai project in Timor-Leste, subject to formal regulatory grant. The addition would lift the project to eight licences covering approximately 394 km² ahead of planned maiden drilling in the fourth quarter.

Infinity Mining has extended the gold anomaly at its Tanjil Dome project in Victoria to about 1km and identified a separate 1.5km anomalous trend at Good Hope. Surface samples returned up to 3.70 g/t gold at Tanjil Dome and 12.91 g/t from a Good Hope mullock sample, with trenching and drilling now planned.

Red Mountain Mining has reported widespread tungsten mineralisation from surface sampling at its Pioneer project in Montana, including results of up to 0.55% WO3. The expanded 517-hectare project also returned high-grade copper, silver and gold assays, setting up further fieldwork before potential drilling.

Voltaic Strategic Resources has identified malachite-rich copper mineralisation across an approximately 100-metre area at its El Dinero prospect in Western Australia. Preliminary pXRF readings reached an average 8.31% copper in one selected sample, although laboratory assays are needed before the results can be treated as representative.
