Capricorn Metals produced 31,218 ounces of gold in the September quarter, while its Karlawinda expansion was completed on schedule and within budget. Brazilian Critical Minerals has signed binding agreements to acquire 90% of a Brazilian magnesium sulphate producer, aiming to secure a key input for its Ema rare earth project. The strategy offers greater supply-chain control, but the plant requires restructuring and carries estimated legacy liabilities of R$15.3 million.

Vertex Minerals’ Reward Gold Mine produced 679 ounces in its first production year, but the transition came with a A$16.4 million loss, negative operating cash flow and a formal going-concern warning. EcoGraf has replaced its earlier Epanko announcement after ASX correspondence, setting out the assumptions behind a potential increase in Stage 1 production to 87,600 tonnes per annum. The higher-throughput case lowers estimated unit costs, but remains preliminary and is not yet the basis for project financing or a final investment decision.

FirstWave Cloud Technology has secured an approximately A$1.06 million placement to fund sales conversion and the launch of Open-AudIT 7 and an AI fault-diagnosis product. The raise follows a sharp reduction in losses, positive operating cash flow and a lower cost base, but adds about 151.3 million shares to the register.

Osmond Resources’ preliminary study has put a US$2.31 billion post-tax NPV on its Spanish rare earths and mineral sands project, but the headline economics rest on a scoping-level model and a US$300 million funding requirement. The next test is whether drilling, metallurgy, permitting and financing can turn the attractive concept into a financeable mine.

Data#3 expects first-half FY27 profit before tax to rise more than 40% year on year, with gross profit also tracking more than 15% higher. The stronger result will be helped by large transactions, infrastructure activity and a temporary interest income boost, but the company expects earnings to be weighted toward the first half.

Morningstar International Shares Active ETF reported a $53.035 million profit for the year ended 30 June 2026, supported by a large trust distribution despite a loss on fair value movements. Distributions rose to 196.258 cents per unit as net assets expanded to $326.395 million.

Prophecy International entered FY27 with sharply lower revenue, negative net assets and just $1 million in cash after a difficult restructuring year. OMG Group has reported its first positive quarterly EBITDA, with preliminary Q1 FY27 net sales rising 59% to approximately $1.92 million. The result marks a potential inflection point for the health and wellness food company, although the figures remain unaudited and do not establish cash profitability.

Tolu Minerals has set out a Q1 2027 restart target for its Tolukuma gold-silver mine in Papua New Guinea, backed by a recently upgraded 909,000-ounce resource and refurbishment of an existing processing plant. The company says it has sufficient funding to reach production, but the timetable remains dependent on mine development, plant work and operating execution.
