Moody’s has affirmed Emeco’s Ba3 corporate family rating with a stable outlook, citing lower leverage, strong liquidity and the growing contribution from maintenance services. The rating remains constrained by Emeco’s smaller scale and exposure to mining-sector cycles.

Pan African Resources delivered record FY26 production, earnings and cash generation, moving from net debt to a US$185.7 million net cash position. The gold producer is proposing a record dividend and launching a ZAR500 million buy-back, while warning that FY27 costs will rise as it funds further growth.

Seeka has raised its full-year profit before tax guidance after strong third-quarter trading, with citrus growth and New Zealand kiwifruit returns adding to margin gains. The company now expects profit before tax of $41.0 million to $45.0 million.

AXP Energy says its Charlie #1 well delivered an operating-rate equivalent of approximately 55 barrels of oil equivalent per day during a controlled 10-day test. The result is encouraging, but water-handling upgrades and longer-duration data are still needed before the well can move into permanent production.

Bass Oil has put a 1,280-barrel-per-day Bunian 6 test and planned Vanessa gas sales at the centre of its next growth phase. The company is also promoting Kiwi as a larger, longer-dated development opportunity, although much of the upside remains subject to testing, funding and execution.

Rivco Australia has outlined a long-term water scarcity thesis, a 61 GL portfolio concentrated in the southern Murray-Darling Basin and a revised dividend framework beginning in 2027. Orezone Gold has outlined a 14-year plan for its newly acquired Casa Berardi mine, targeting 1.63 million ounces of production and an after-tax NPV of US$1.05 billion. The economics are substantial, but the plan remains a preliminary assessment built partly on Inferred Resources and requires significant capital and permitting work.

Evolution Mining has set out a capital-heavy FY27 strategy, combining a record fully franked 41 cents per share dividend with major spending across Cowal, Northparkes and Ernest Henry. The miner also plans to lift exploration and maintain gold and copper guidance, though much of the production upside remains several years away.

Dataworks has secured firm commitments for a A$3.0 million placement and will seek up to a further A$1.24 million from shareholders to fund debt repayment, government contract mobilisation and commercial expansion. Franklin Templeton Australia is reshaping the FRGG Active ETF, replacing its concentrated global growth strategy with Putnam’s broader core equity approach and cutting management fees by one-third. The fund is expected to adopt the ticker FTPG in October, subject to approval, but the transition may bring tax and distribution consequences for investors.

Scalare Partners has swung to positive EBITDA as acquisitions of Tank Stream Labs and Planet Startup lifted FY26 total income 411% to $17.9 million. The startup investor remains loss-making after sharply higher depreciation, amortisation and financing costs, while its portfolio reached $12.5 million across 25 companies.
