Inghams Group Limited (ASX:ING) returned to poultry volume growth in FY26, but rising costs, a tax dispute and weaker earnings sharply reduced shareholder returns. The company enters FY27 with lower net debt, elevated leverage and a value-led turnaround strategy still to prove itself.

Aguia Resources has sold 825 tonnes of Pampafos since 15 September while a 30,000-tonne ore stockpile awaits processing. The progress comes as the company faces an unresolved court challenge to its Tres Estradas phosphate project and begins permitting work at Passo Feio.

Lotus Resources has executed key documentation for a Mercuria facility providing up to US$30 million in inventory-backed prepayment funding, while only one major approval remains before Kayelekera’s first uranium shipment. Operations are improving, but production remains tied to acid availability and power reliability.

Kantra Copper says laboratory testing achieved copper recoveries above 90% and gold recoveries above 50% from Coburn mineralisation using the existing Kanmantoo processing flowsheet. The result reduces a key metallurgical risk in the Pre-Feasibility Study, although rail logistics and deposit variability remain unresolved.

PhosCo has paired a non-binding development partnership with a proposed $1.4 million investment from Tunisia’s STUDI International, giving the Gasaat project a local engineering partner as feasibility work approaches. The funding and collaboration remain subject to formal documentation, leaving execution as the next test.

Forrestania Resources has outlined a maiden 223,300-ounce JORC Mineral Resource at Tampia, a previously mined deposit positioned 140km from the Edna May processing plant. The estimate gives the newly acquired Westonia Hub another potential ore source, but relies on an AUD 6,000/oz gold price assumption and includes 104,800 ounces classified as Inferred.

Toubani Resources says construction of its Kobada Gold Project in Mali remains on schedule for first gold in Q3 2027, with CIL tank erection now underway and more than 70% of project costs committed. About US$50 million of the company’s US$160 million stream facility has been drawn as construction moves into a more intensive phase.

An independent transport study has found Alurion Resources’ Amargosa bauxite project can use established road routes for assessed haulage volumes up to 11.5 wet million tonnes a year, twice its Scoping Study base case. The result gives the project’s pre-feasibility study a firmer logistics foundation, although it does not establish a larger production target or guarantee port access.

Kalgoorlie Gold Mining has identified multiple coherent gold-in-regolith anomalies across the first 225-hole aircore test of its LTZ Flexure target at Pinjin. The strongest exploration signal stretches up to 2km, but primary gold mineralisation at depth remains unconfirmed.

Riversgold has lodged the Mine Development and Closure Proposal for its Northern Zone open-pit project near Kalgoorlie, moving the planned mine into its final major approval phase. The project remains conditional on regulatory sign-offs, but MEGA Resources is set to fund development under an extended cooperation agreement.

Acusensus has exercised a second six-month extension to its NSW mobile speed camera agreement, adding an estimated $16 million in contracted value through June 2027. The more consequential question remains unresolved: whether the company can convert the ongoing tender into a longer-term deal.

Transurban Group has agreed to pay $4.5 billion for Canada’s pension fund’s stakes in three major Sydney toll roads, lifting its ownership of Westlink M7, NorthConnex and WestConnex. The debt-funded transaction is expected to support long-term free cash growth, but still requires regulatory and contractual approvals.
