PhosCo Ltd has solidified its position as a global fertiliser contender by securing full ownership of the Gasaat Phosphate Project in Tunisia and initiating a $5 million entitlement offer, while also engaging the EBRD for a potential strategic investment.

PhosCo has achieved critical milestones with the approval of its Gassaat Phosphate Project and a strategic MoU with the Tunisian Government and EBRD, setting the stage for a major drilling campaign and positioning itself as a future global fertilizer supplier.

PhosCo has formally secured the Sekarna phosphate exploration permit in Tunisia, marking the first time the Tunisian Government has granted a phosphate permit 100% to a foreign investor. This milestone follows the recent approval of the Gassaat project and a strategic MoU with Tunisian authorities and the EBRD.
