Kelsian has secured Treasurerial approval for the proposed sale of its Tourism Portfolio to Journey Beyond, removing a key regulatory condition. The transaction still requires contract consents and other conditions, with completion targeted for the first half of FY2027.

Nexus Minerals has more than doubled the Wallbrook Gold Project’s Mineral Resource to 631,000oz, adding maiden resources at Payns and Branches. Combined with Pinnacles, group resources now stand at 709,000oz, although most Wallbrook ounces remain Inferred and no Ore Reserve has been defined.
