Patriot Resources has completed 38 surface samples at its Tassa silver-gold project in Peru, where mapping identified a 120-metre breccia interpreted as the upper part of a preserved epithermal system. The company is now moving south into the newly acquired Tassa 5 tenement while its maiden drill permit application progresses.

Unity Metals has extended its Camp stockwork gold discovery in Cambodia by 35 metres to the northeast, with a new hole returning 1 metre at 10.2 grams per tonne gold. The mineralisation remains open at depth and along strike, although a nearby southwest test returned no significant intersections.

First Au will acquire six exploration licences in Western Australia’s Ora Banda district for A$150,000 upfront, with a further A$500,000 deferred at the seller’s discretion. Capstone Copper has agreed to sell its Cozamin mine in Mexico to Luca Mining in a deal featuring US$275 million upfront and as much as US$110 million in deferred and copper-linked payments. The proposed sale would give Capstone fresh balance-sheet capacity while preserving indirect exposure to the asset through Luca shares.

Dynamic Metals will sell its Lady Jane Gold Project to First Au for up to A$650,000 while retaining a 1.5% gross revenue royalty. The buyer must spend at least A$250,000 on direct drilling within two years, or Dynamic can seek to take the project back.

DPM Metals says its Vareš operation remains open after Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Constitutional Court found the concession agreement and related land acts were not constitutionally compliant. Authorities now have six months to review the arrangements, leaving the mine operating but its legal framework unresolved.

Dome Gold Mines says its audited financial report for the year ended 30 June 2026 remains unfinished, with release now pending a proposed capital raising announcement and Fiji project valuation report. The company has not provided a revised release date or details of the fundraising.

TerraCom’s securities will remain suspended from ASX quotation after the company failed to lodge its annual report for the year ended 30 June 2026. Reinstatement now depends on the report being filed and ASX considering it appropriate to resume trading.

Alma Metals is pushing the Briggs Copper Project through a substantial drilling and metallurgical program, with a 2027 resource update planned to support a prefeasibility study. The project’s 932Mt resource contains about 2Mt of copper, but the company still faces the usual funding, technical and development hurdles of a large undeveloped mine.

Sunrise Energy Metals has told ASX that two December 2025 placements became proposed equity issues only after binding terms were executed and board approval obtained. The response comes after ASX questioned the timing of disclosure, the identity of the investor and sharp movements in SRL’s share price and trading volume.
