Caravel Minerals has delayed the Caravel Copper Project’s Definitive Feasibility Study from September to the fourth quarter of 2026. The extra time will fund further metallurgical testing, groundwater modelling, environmental updates and a detailed review of the process plant capital estimate.

Macmahon will acquire Aspect Engineering Solutions for a headline enterprise value of A$75 million, adding engineering, minerals processing and project delivery capabilities to its mining services platform. The deal is expected to lift underlying EPS by about 6.2% from inception, although completion and future earnings performance remain important variables.

Ionic Rare Earths is pushing toward commercial magnet recycling in Belfast and the United States, but its FY2026 report flags a material uncertainty over its ability to continue as a going concern. The opportunity is substantial, but both technologies remain uncommercialised and the VOLTA partnership requires formal renewal.

AXP Energy says its Charlie #1 well delivered an operating-rate equivalent of approximately 55 barrels of oil equivalent per day during a controlled 10-day test. The result is encouraging, but water-handling upgrades and longer-duration data are still needed before the well can move into permanent production.

Bass Oil has put a 1,280-barrel-per-day Bunian 6 test and planned Vanessa gas sales at the centre of its next growth phase. The company is also promoting Kiwi as a larger, longer-dated development opportunity, although much of the upside remains subject to testing, funding and execution.

IperionX says its GenX continuous titanium furnace processed more than 500 kilograms of powder while using substantially less power, magnesium and hydrogen than batch HAMR production. The results strengthen the case for an industrial-scale line, although further optimisation and engineering work are still required.

EMVision has completed the first stage of a Melbourne Mobile Stroke Unit study, operating its portable brain scanner in homes, ambulances and a workplace. The small, non-diagnostic feasibility study produced strong usability results while pointing to a larger clinical validation step planned for next-generation units.
