Antares Metals has secured $2.57 million to fund maiden drilling at its Quinns project and continued exploration across Queensland and Western Australia. The raise comes with substantial potential dilution, with more than half the shares and all attaching options still requiring shareholder approval.

GrainCorp says its transformation program is on track to deliver $12 million in run-rate benefits by the end of FY26, above the top of its previous commitment. But the company has delayed a major systems rollout, expects $30-35 million of FY27 completion spend and deferred a second release.

Greenvale Energy is expanding the final phase of Alpha Test Program 7 after Technix failed to produce a compliant C-170 paving-grade binder. SAMI Bitumen Technologies will now test conventional bitumen blending and additive-based formulations, with results expected from a six to eight-week laboratory program.

Maronan Metals has intersected repeated copper-gold zones north of its 2025 Indicated resource at the Maronan Project, including a 20-metre interval grading 0.83% copper and 0.42g/t gold. The results support ongoing resource growth work, but further drilling and assays are needed before any resource change can be established.

Ballymore Resources has reported its strongest Torpy’s intersection yet, with shallow drilling returning 580.4g/t silver, 25.88% lead, 10.08% zinc and 8.7g/t indium over 2 metres. The result extends mineralisation 40 metres up-dip and supports the company’s emerging high-grade shoot model, although the project remains at the exploration stage.

Sunshine Metals says refurbishment of its Mt Moss processing facility in north Queensland remains on schedule for commissioning and first gold in mid-2027. Construction is expected to begin in October or November, subject to final design work, tenders and contracts.
