Kalamazoo Resources is moving Ashburton from exploration story to development proposition, backed by a positive Mt Olympus Scoping Study and extensive drilling. The next test is whether the updated resource, feasibility work and funding can turn the project’s preliminary economics into a mineable plan.

Gorilla Gold Mines has lifted its reported Mineral Resource to approximately 2.0Moz of gold after a year of intensive Western Australian drilling. The gain comes with strong exploration momentum, but the company remains pre-revenue and expects to seek further funding.

Kuniko-funded drilling has extended the interpreted Silica Hill sulphide system beyond Impact Minerals’ existing resource model, with assays due within four to six weeks. The company has completed 19,600 metres of resource drilling and is targeting an updated resource, approvals application and pre-feasibility study before year-end.

Kingston Resources says infill drilling at Jack’s Hut has confirmed the location and continuity of polymetallic mineralisation targeted for potential underground mining at Mineral Hill. The results will feed into a resource update, while surface drilling in October will test extensions beyond the current resource.
