Manhattan Gold Corporation (ASX:MHC) has emerged from a transformational year with encouraging Hook Lake drilling, expanded tenure and a sharper gold focus, but no compliant resource yet and only A$2.01 million in year-end cash. The company reported an A$8.90 million loss after absorbing exploration costs and a large loss on its lithium divestment.

Basin Energy’s maiden drilling at Newmans has outlined a 3.3 km shallow magnet rare earth corridor within its expanding Sybella-Barkly project. But the ASX-listed explorer remains pre-revenue, reported a larger annual loss and faces a material uncertainty over its ability to continue funding operations.

Barys Resources has opened a 1-for-1 renounceable entitlement offer priced at $0.01 a share, targeting gross proceeds of up to approximately $2.6 million. The partially underwritten raise is scheduled to close on 7 October 2026.

Bannerman Energy has opened a non-underwritten share purchase plan targeting approximately A$10 million to support construction and working capital at its Etango uranium project in Namibia. The offer gives eligible Australian and New Zealand shareholders access to the same A$4.00 issue price as the company’s A$124 million institutional placement.

Atomic Eagle has identified broad interpreted uranium zones at two early-stage exploration targets in Zambia, including a 600m by 200m zone at Muntanga North Target 5. The company still needs follow-up drilling to establish whether the mineralisation is continuous and significant enough to support resource growth.
