Falcon Metals has started its first-ever drilling at the Olsen Well gold target in Western Australia, expanding the campaign to approximately 6,000 metres after a recent capital raising. The program will test the central portion of a 5.8-kilometre gold-in-soil anomaly supported by rock-chip results of up to 6.42 grams per tonne gold.

Aureka Resources has reported high-grade gold mineralisation beyond the current inferred resource at its Irvine project in Victoria, including a 4.74g/t intercept at depth and the first significant results from a 2km gap between established lodes. The results expand the exploration story, but remain early-stage drilling data with further assays pending.

Lunnon Metals has reported strong gold intersections from 36 holes at its Foster-Baker project, including a standout 1 metre at 80.80 g/t gold at Hustler and broader mineralisation at Koombana. The results will feed updated resource models before a scoping study considers whether the two deposits could support future mining alongside a Lady Herial cut-back.
