Anson Resources has completed environmental baseline surveys at its Yellow Cat uranium-vanadium project in Utah, clearing a stated hurdle ahead of planned drilling. The next test is whether twin holes can validate historical high-grade results and support a maiden JORC 2012 resource estimate.

Central Petroleum has swung to a $4.9 million FY2026 statutory loss after writing down two Amadeus Basin permits, but its gas business generated higher revenue and margins. The company is now betting on Palm Valley drilling, long-term contracts and new east coast acreage to restore growth.

Mandrake Resources has extracted more than 8,000 litres of lithium brine from its Utah project and delivered the bulk sample for testing by Electroflow Technologies. The work moves the project toward scoping studies, but the key evidence on grade, recovery and costs is still to come.
